Spiritual Direction (also known as Spiritual Guidance) is the practice of exploring, reflecting on, and deepening one's spiritual life. It invites you to notice how the Sacred is already present in all aspects of your life. It may be described as the ability to feel the divine presence in one's soul, or discerning the Holy in one's experience. As you deepen your connection with the Mystery we call God and the sacredness of all life, you find more meaning, peace and joy.

What Happens In A Session:
A spiritual seeker meets with a spiritual director where his or her spiritual life and experiences can be explored.
The director serves as a guide, listener, and companion helping you to discern the divine and to integrate that awareness into your daily life and spiritual practice.
Seekers can talk about anything including religious practice, spiritual experiences or share stories about daily life.
Sessions are strictly confidential.
The process requires individuals to be psychologically sound and not in immediate crisis.
